Separate checkout steps from checkout

I've created a module that displays checkout steps. They are by default stuck inside the checkout template. Using this module you can add the steps to any other place that you require.

I've updated the extension, but the ER keeps giving me the invalid request token message (hate it already). I attached the files, but mind your isotope version, it works with (the new/upcoming) 1.3 beta1 (and up?) only.

Change

• Not show the (error) message that the checkout module does when checkout is not possible; the messages would display twice which is odd...

New Feature

• Instead of the (error)message you can choose to display the steps anyway.
  For me this helps with my current design that shows the checkout steps on every page of the website (seems odd, but looks nice in this particular design). But it would also work if the checkout steps need to be shown on checkout pages only because of the design.
