Lightbox / Slideshow

Hey,

I have a grid of images which open up an article in a lightbox using '[lightbox] Content in a lightbox' when clicked.
I want to be able to have slideshows and flash in these lightbox articles too.
I've added a slideshow to the article but the slideshow doesn't work.
I can see in firebug that the images are supposed to be changing, but this doesn't reflect in the lightbox.

Also, in IE, clicking the image link makes the page go to the home page...
