[Catalog] Date field

Hi,

Is it possible to change the datefield/calendar storing? Right now the field can't go more then xx years back in time.
That's not enough for my project - I need to add dates from 1800+. How do can I do this?

Hi.

Current date/time used by Contao depends on traditonal 32bit UNIX time;
range is from 1970/1/1 00:00:00 to about 2038/1/19.

For your purpose, you need other date/time representation scheme but
I don't know how we can implement it.
