Admin not receiving new user notifications.

One of our clients is running a site on Contao 2.9.4 upgraded from a much older version of Typolight.

Since the upgrade the admin email isn't receiving notifications about new users registering for the site.

There doesn't seem to be any errors logged about a failure to send the emails. SO I assume it simply isn't sending them.

Is this something I'll have to set up? Or is this something that should be working out of the box?

In new versions of Contao this notification is no more.
You must use this extension registration_info_mailer
