payment method "on account" / "auf rechnung"

how can i activate payment "on account" / "auf rechnung" at the checkout-process? the user has to select at least one payment-method to proceed the order. i my case the user should select "PayPal" or "on Account" / "auf Rechnung". Do i have to write an extension for that or am i missing some settings?

You will simply have to use payment method 'Cash' for that and put 'On account' into the payment method label field.

hi lucina. yes, i tried that before, but "Cash" isnt displayed at the payment-method step, although i have exactly the same base-settings as for my paypal-module. Therefore i assumed that it is just for internal use. Do you have this payment-module active and it is shown in the checkout process?

No, it's not for internal use. If you've managed to create a 'cash' payment method in shop settings you probably have to activate this one at the checkout module again in order to make it showing up there also.

argh ... lucina, you saved my day :-) - got to stop working after 8 pm ...

i still wonder why the field "label" isnt displayed in the backend. not a big problem, i can change it in the database, but it would be nice to know why.
