Adding a rule to a specific shipping method

Hi again.

Here comes the new question about isotope configuration...

I'd like to apply a rule (discount) to a specific shipping method.
I.E. : Discount -10$ if using UPS shipping method AND if more than 20 items ordered...

Does anyone have an idea how to do this?

Custom shipping option? Feature request? Rules and coupons were made for cart and product rules, applied BEFORE checking out.

Thanks for your answer...

Unfortunately I just cant figure out any way to customize a shipping option depending on total quantity of items in cart.
It seems to be only possible to manage weight and total price...
Or maybe I missed something?

I guess a solution could be to create a new king of shipping like "ShippingTotalQuantity.php"... but my PhP skills won't definitely allow me to do such a thing.

As you suggested, I will add a new feature request but that won't solve my problem which is very urgent since it is my customer will...

A custom php class was what I meant. A feature request will indeed take too long. Sorry...
