    Default Catalog Frontend Editing

    Hi

I have a catalog of items which is well displayed in frontend. I am trying now to make items editable in frontend by members but the page which has a Catalog Editing Module displays a form with empty fields. To access this page, I have made another page that contains a Catalog List Module with the "Enable edition" option selected. When the user clicks on a link "Edit this item details" the empty form appears.
I don't know what to do to make the form filled with the item values. There is no "Forbidden" error. The fields are editable by the member.

Should I put a Catalog Reader module in the same page ?

    Thank you

    Aïda

    Default Re: Catalog Frontend Editing

    Hi
    I found the problem.
My items have an alias field named "Reference" which is a number. For Catalog, if the alias field is numeric, then it is the id and fetches the data given this "id". As my "Reference" field is not the id, the form appears empty because no data data was found using this key.
