Default Adding meta tags to News Items

    Hello,

can anyone tell me the place to go to add meta tags to 'News items' as they are appearing blank at the moment, according to the source code, and I haven't found I place that I can insert them?

    Thanks,
    Andrei.

Do you mean the element META inside HEAD? Name description or keywords?

I've never heard, that a news brings a description or kewords into the pages meta tags. Evtl. there's an extension that can handle it - maybe 'keywords'.

Thanks, I'll look at that extentsion.
Our news items are fairly permanent and I want to do all that I can to make them accessible with search engines, and the source code does have space for them as was seen above.
