Hourly cron

Has anyone had any trouble with the hourly cron job in Contao 3?

I've had an issue in two Contao 3 sites now including the latest Contao 3.1 where the hourly cron jobs don't seem to run. In the tl_cron table the 'value' column which stores when the cron was last run is 0. All the other rows (weekly, daily, etc..) all have timestamps.

No, haven't had that. If you can reproduce the issue in a clean installation, or the online demo, then it is an issue you should report on https://github.com/contao/core
