Where can I find a guide to preare a simple project MetaModels?

I am wondering where I can find how to install.

I have downloaded nightly-contao3 and migrated the folders to the same ones via FTP.
How do I make the database installation?

I am a bit confused what step is next.
Cannot see anything in the backend of the CMS.
