Composer

Composer was working the other day, but now when i click on Manage Packages in the BE, all i get is a blank page.
Anybody any idea as to why this may be and what i need to do to fix it?

Please enable the option "Display error messages" in the system settings, so that you get the error message on screen.

I get:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method Composer\Autoload\ClassLoader::setPsr4() in phar:///var/www/vhosts/n0n.co.uk/httpdocs/n0n.co.uk/contao3/composer/composer.phar/vendor/composer/autoload_real.php on line 36

Do you meet the Composer specific requirements (PHP 5.3.4 etc.)?

Oh yes, it was all working before, then suddenly for some reason stopped. the thing is this has happened on different versions of the website and on different servers. Same problem, go to Manage Packages in BE, result is a blank screen (until i turned on show errors of course).

If you have shell access you can try as follows:

php composer.phar global dump-autoload

So no other solution to this?
Am i going to have to rebuild the site?
