upgrade from Contao 2.11.2 to Contao 3.5 - runs but then says use install tool

Using Liveupdate, the process goes well until it completes with message:
Please proceed to the install tool for the database update from Contao 2 to Contao 3!
I have done searches but find no reference to this tool at all....
So, where is the documentation using this tool, including installation if needed?

Also, during the liveupdate install, it was noted that 3541 files are missing and there are 94 differences in files.

If I can get an answer soon, I will be able to continue, otherwise I will need to restore and try again some other time.
