Changin php versions on old contao sites

Hi,

I still have some old sites running contao 2.11 and in order to install contao 4.4 on my server I need to upgrade from PHP 5.4.45 to PHP 5.5.9.

Does anyone know what version of php 2.11 will go up to? will upgrading break anything?

You should be fine with up to PHP 5.6, but it definitely will not work in PHP 7.x. Contao 4.4 requires PHP 5.6. Also depending on your Hoster you can set the PHP version for each installation.
