Site broken after upgrade

I've upgraded my site from 2.9.5 to 2.10 and have ran into a few issues.

I have cleared the file cache and I am using the default fe_page.html5 template which comes with Contao. For some reason my style sheet link is being out put like this:

<link rel="stylesheet" href="TL_SCRIPT_URLsystem/scripts/8b97080a6ff3.css" media="all">

In the template the code looks like this:

<?php echo $this->stylesheets; ?>

Has anyone else encountered this issue? I am using the default template so I can't understand why this is happening...

Run the Contao System Check Tool. If there are any missing or corrupt files, replace them with the corresponding original files form the installation archive.
