Also, dass es nicht an Contao liegt ist mir schon klar 
aber evtl. daran wie Contao jetzt funktioniert, eben durch den neuen Web-Ordner und, dass dort alles über die app.php läuft.

Der Code von joerg-t, wie er oben steht, um von htm auf html weiterzuleiten, ist jetzt nicht mehr drin, da er nicht funktioniert hat, ich hatte ihn aber kurz nach RewriteEngine On stehen.
htaccess htm zu html umschreiben gelöst!
