Mit Google Analytics ist das sehr einfach. Nimm die Tagccloud von "tags", lege dir eine Kopie des Templates mod_tagcloud.html5 an und mach dort ein Eventtracking auf den Link.
Vermutlich Zeile 13 von
HTML-Code:
<li><?php if (strlen($this->jumpTo)): ?><a href="<?php echo strtolower($tag['tag_url']); ?>" title="<?php echo $tag['tag_name'] . ' (' . $tag['tag_count'] . ')'; ?>"><span class="reltext"><?php endif; ?>+<?php echo $tag['tag_name']; ?><?php if (strlen($this->jumpTo)): ?></span><span class="relcount"><?php echo $tag['tag_count']; ?></span></a><?php endif; ?></li>
HTML-Code:
<li><?php if (strlen($this->jumpTo)): ?><a onclick="ga('send', 'event', { eventCategory: 'TagCloud', eventAction: 'Klick', eventLabel: '<?php echo $tag['tag_name']; ?>'});" href="<?php echo strtolower($tag['tag_url']); ?>" title="<?php echo $tag['tag_name'] . ' (' . $tag['tag_count'] . ')'; ?>"><span class="reltext"><?php endif; ?>+<?php echo $tag['tag_name']; ?><?php if (strlen($this->jumpTo)): ?></span><span class="relcount"><?php echo $tag['tag_count']; ?></span></a><?php endif; ?></li>
Die Zahlen der Klicks findest du dann in Analytics im Bereich Verhalten -> Ereignisse
