Ich kann keine Pakete mehr installieren / brauche Zugriff auf Icons

Hallo Community,

holla - ist schon länger her, seit ich mit Contao gearbeitet habe. Erstelle gerade aber wieder eine Webseite und setze dabei erneut auf Contao in der Version 4.4.18. Seit Contao 3 ist ja ganz schön viel passiert, was mich teilweise alles verwirrt weil ich mich (noch) nicht damit auskenne.

Zum Beispiel der Composer. Ist glaub ich ein cooles Tool, ich kann mich darin aber nicht sicher bewegen und bin total überfragt. Ich hatte es die Tage hinbekommen, damit das Paket contao-bootstrap/bundle zu installieren. Weil ich auch die Cards haben wollte, hab ich es sogar geschafft, danach das Paket contao-bootstrap/cards zu installieren, musste dazu aber als Version "dev-master" angeben, anders war die Installation nicht möglich. Nun mein Problem: Seit dem kann ich garnichts mehr installieren. Ich möchte gerne jetzt "netzmacht/contao-font-awesome" oder "netzmacht/contao-font-awesome-inserttag" oder "netzmacht/contao-iconwizard" installieren, aber alles schlägt fehl. Es werden wohl Abhängigkeiten geprüft und moniert dann einige Dinge. Was muss ich denn tun, damit die Installation klappt? Muss ich die Pakete vorher installieren, die auf der Paketinfo-Seite unter "requires" angezeigt werden?

Alternativ (habe ich auch nicht viel Doku drüber gefunden):
Sind in Contao 4.4 vllt insert-tags für Icons schon drin? Oder kann ich anders auf Icons zugreifen?
Wenn ich eine Icon-Font im <head> angebe, kann ich z.B. die über den HTML Code auch im Frontend anzeigen, das funktioniert aber nicht wenn ich im WYSIWYG Editor was schreibe.

Über Hilfe würde ich mich sehr freuen.

Also, über dem Paket kommt vor dem klick auf "Änderungen anwenden" der Hinweis "Dieses Paket wird in der besten verfügbaren Version installiert, wenn Sie die Änderungen anwenden."

Das Problem ist netzmacht/contao-font-awesome. Diese Extension ist zwar für Contao 4 freigegeben, verlangt aber nach contao-community-alliance/meta-palettes: ^1.4.3. Version 1.x dieser Extension ist aber nicht für Contao 4 freigegeben, daher kannst du die font-awesome Extension (derzeit) nicht in Contao 4 verwenden.

Mit dem Eintrag von "dev-master" beim Paket "cards" hatte ich Erfolg, daher habe ich den Eintrag immer mal wieder versucht, zu benutzen. Wahrscheinlich ist er so dann dort gelandet.
Mir fehlt das Know How, wie man den Composer bedient.

Keine Ahnung, warum dir Composer diesen Fehler anzeigt. Das Problem liegt darin, dass du Contao 4.4 installieren möchtest (manager-bundle) und richardhj/contao-recaptcha verwenden möchtest, was nur für Contao 4.5 freigegeben ist (https://github.com/richardhj/contao-...poser.json#L19). Zumindest bleibt bei mir Composer da hängen, wenn ich deine composer.json installieren möchte.

ich habe jetzt einfach den ganzen rotz, den ich gestern mehrfach versucht habe, zu installieren, rausgeschmissen. die zeile, die unter "conflict" stand, habe ich in "require" eingegliedert und aus "<4.4.8" ein "^4.4.18" gemacht. Frage: wofür steht das ^? Ist das in composer-sprache das "==" ?

Danach war die Installation - TADAA - erfolgreich. Vielen Dank dass ihr mich auf die composer.json aufmerksam gemacht habt. Ich denke, ich habe einiges gelernt. So sieht die Datei jetzt aus:
