Rocksolid Theme keine Anzeige mehr

Hallo liebe Community,

ich hatte von Rocksolid ein Theme gekauft und dieses über meine Contao Version 3.5.25 installiert. Hat auch alles super funktioniert eine Zeit lang.

Bis ich irgendwann mal an der Seite wieder etwas machen wollte, habe ich nur einen weissen Screen bekommen.

Am Anfang konnte ich mich noch ins Backend einloggen, aber auch dort bekam ich teilweise einen weissen Screen. Sobald ich aber den Cache aufgebaut habe, war wieder die Seite weiss.

Ich hab auch schon versucht das InstaTool neu aufzurufen, dort komme ich aber auch nicht weiter.

Hat jemand einen Tipp, bevor ich alles platt machen muss.

Schau mal unter system/logs/error.log, ob es diesbezüglich relevante Einträge gibt.

Da stehen einige Sachen drin mit Fehlermeldungen!!! Aber irgendwie werde ich daraus nicht schlau, da es ja offensichtlich bis jetzt auch funktioniert hat.

Frage vorab: Kann ich das aus der SQL irgendwie klären????

Du könntest folgendermaßen vorgehen:

im Verzeichnis system/modules/isotope eine neue, leere Datei .skip (mit Punkt am Anfang) erstellen (eventuell auch im Modulverzeichnis von haste)
ins Backend einloggen und dort über die Erweiterungsverwaltung Isotope und alle abhängigen Erweiterungen aktualisieren bzw. reparieren lassen
im Backend den internen Cache über die Systemwartung leeren
Systemeinstellungen > Deaktivierte Erweiterungen: Isotope (bzw. alle zuvor mittels .skip Datei deaktivierten Erweiterungen) wieder aktivieren
Contao Installtool aufrufen und ggf. die Datenbank aktualisieren

Sobald die Website wieder ordnungsgemäß funktioniert, solltest Du jedenfalls auch ein Update auf Contao 3.5.35 machen.

dank dir erstmal für deine schnelle Antwort, die ich gern wie folgt beantworten möchte.

Bis zum Schritt 1 bin ich gekommen, obwohl ich gleich mal sagen muss, den Ordner Isotope gibts im System garnicht (mehr). Wo auch immer der hin ist.

Dann komme ich leider nicht weiter. Wobei ich wirklich nochmal anmerken muss, ich hab sicher seit 3Monaten nichts an der Seite gemacht, weder OFF noch Online!

Was aber kurios ist, ich komm ja nicht mal mehr ins Backend, geschweige denn ins Installationstool, das ich da wenigstens nochmal ansetzen könnte.

Vorgestern ging das zum Teil noch, das ich mit im Backend wenigstens paar Sachen anschauen konnte.

Was aber noch komisch ist, wenn ich die Seite über Chrome aufrufe, bekomme ich einen 500er Fehler. Hab ich beim Provider abgefragt, mit der Antwort das die dererseits nichts machen können.

So jetzt steh ich zwischen zwei Stühlen.

Bin eigentlich an dem Punkt wo ich sage, komm dann mach ich eben alles neu, obwohl das eine mega arbeit wäre. Aber so wie es aussieht komm ich nicht vor und nicht zurück.

Ergänze bitte in Deiner system/config/localconfig.php die folgende Zeile:

Anschließend solltest Du eigentlich wieder ins Backend kommen. Dort müsstest Du dann Isotope inkl. aller Abhängigkeiten wieder über den Erweiterungsmanager bzw. via Paketmanager installieren können. Achte beim Aktualisieren der Datenbank aber darauf, dass keine Isotope-Tabellen (oder andere Tabellen mit Daten) gelöscht werden. Auf jeden Fall solltest Du ein vollständiges Backup Deiner Contao-Installation und Datenbank vorhalten.

Nichts desto trotz erstmal danke für den tollen SUPPORT :-)

Auch wenn alles nicht geholfen hat, wollte ich kurz meine Vorgehensweise schildern, wie ich meine Seite wieder halbwegs zum laufen gebracht habe. Leider kann ich aber noch nicht schildern, warum es überhaupt dazu gekommen ist. Wobei im ErrorLog der Hinweis steht, das die Auslagerung zu der GD Lib eventuell zu klein ist oder nicht beschrieben werden kann. Ich werde dies weiter beobachten.

Zugriff auf FTP Root -> Backup aller bis dato vorhanden Files
Zugriff auf MySQL -> Backup der Datenbank

FTP & SQL komplett gelöscht

Aktuelle Version 3.5.35 auf den Server gepackt und installiert
SQL Datenbank gelöscht und das vorher gespeicherte Update installiert
Die alten Themes und Templates auch wieder in ihrer Verzeichnisse gepackt
Update im Backend aller vorhanden Erweiterungen
Temp Files gelöscht und Cache neu geladen.

Zuerst wollte die Seite nicht, aber der direkte Aufruf einzelner Seiten hat wieder funktioniert.
Ich gehe davon aus das ich die Startseite trotzdem nochmal neu machen muss, weil dort womöglich irgendwo der Fehler liegt.

Aber die Seite bzw. CMS scheint vorerst mal zu laufen...

Falls es noch jemanden interessiert, ich denke ich habe den Fehler mit der GDimage.php gefunden.

Ich hatte ja im Errorlog die ganze Zeit folgenden Fehler, das der Memory überstiegen ist. Ich hab mir dann mal die Datei gezogen und mal in der Linie 82 geschaut, was da eigentlich steht.

Schlussfolgernd hat sich daraus für mich ergeben, das ich wohl mal irgendwannvia FTP eine Bilddatei hochgeladen haben muss, die grösser als das Format 3000x3000px ist. Ich hab jetzt im Backend beide Parameter auf "0" gesetzt, das heisst ja das es keine Begrenzung gibt.

Und siehe da, funktioniert wieder. Ist jetzt natürlich die Frage ob ich das Bild suche und lösche.

Aber jetzt gehts erstmal wieder.

Dann würdest Du beim Verarbeiten von großen Bilddateien ja erst recht in ein Memory Limit laufen. Die Begrenzung auf 3000 Pixel macht normalerweise schon Sinn.
