I can´t call install tool after moving Contao 4.6.6 instalation

Hi,
I have problem with moving contao installation from all-inkl to 1und1 server. I know, everybody are have problem with 1und1, but this is question for our customers. I have a few customers with 1und1 provider, and I have to work on this problem
First I had problem with importing database. My database from all-inkl is 5.7, and new database on 1und1 is 5.5. A have many errors like #1071, and maybe this is problem.
I move Contao 4.6 installation to 1und1 server, then I export/import database, but I cant call install tool. I tried with app.php, app_dev.php, contao/install, app.php/contao/install, and many many ways, but I still cant run install tool. I found solution on contao comunity about app/config/config.yml file, and I created this file with next content:

    dbal:
        connections:
            default:
                default_table_options:
                    charset: utf8
                    collate: utf8_unicode_ci

Also, this changes not help me.
Do you have any suggestions about this problem.

Nothing, I have just white screen

it's empty. I tried to look, but logs folder is empty.
Also, I tried to install new Contao installation, but on 1und1 server we must delete all files before Contao installation.

Yea, sorry. I just copy all Contao installation on new server, change details in parameters.yml about database, import database, and that's it.

I tried this way, but on new 1und1 server I have servers logs folder which I can't delete. Also, I have and backups. I tried install new Contao via Contao-managaer, but Contao-manager sent me error that I have to delete all files on server, and then I can start with installation. In my experience with Contao-manager this is not case on All-inkl server, just 1und1. I don't know why.
Maybe I have to found solution for moving this files from server and then start with new installation.
