Fehler beim anlegen eins Moduls für 2FA

Wenn ich ein neues Modul und im Dropdown "Modultyp" den Punkt "Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung" auswähle, kommt sofort dieser Fehler:

Internal Server Error
Was ist das Problem?
