Contao (mit Manager) installieren geht nicht

Ich verstehe gerade nicht was abgeht.

Hosting ist bei Ionos

- Subdomain angelegt
- Webseitenordner angelegt, darin einen Ordner "web" angelegt und da die contao-manager-phar.php hochgeladen …
- Subdomain auf Ordner web gestellt

Jetzt müsste ich ja eigentlich ein Benutzerkonto für den Manager anlegen können, stattdessen fragt er mich immer nach Benutzername und Passwort.

Benutzername und Passwort kann ich ja nicht eingeben weil das eine Neuinstallation bzw. Umzug einer Installation werden soll?

Das hatte ich noch nicht oder stehe gerade völlig auf dem Schlauch :-)

Kann mir jemand auf die Sprünge helfen?

wenn ich die subdomain/contao-manager.phar.php aufrufe wird ja ein Ordner contao-manager angelegt. Da ist dann auch eine users.json drin.

Einen Screenshot brauchen wir nicht, da kommt der normale Anmeldevorgang zum contao manager, also:

Melde dich an, um deine Installation zu verwalten.

Passwort
Passwort vergessen?

in der users.json steht dann auch mein username den ich immer verwende, obwohl ich da noch nix eingeben habe und ein kryptisches Passwort …

ich hab per ftp einen Ordner meine-neue-contao-installation angelegt.
Dann einen Ordner web angelegt.
Dann in den web ordner den contao-manager abgelegt.

Ansonsten ist da nix.

Dann die subdomain aufgerufen.

Ich hab jetzt probehalber die users.json gelöscht und konnte nun ein neues Benutzerkonto anlegen.

Wieso, weshalb, warum das so abgelaufen ist, weiß ich zwar nicht, aber falls das nochmal vorkommt, weiß ich wenigstens, was ich dann machen muss.

Laut dieser Fehlermeldung versuchst du ein Update von 4.9 auf 4.13, keine Neuinstallation.

Composer.lock löschen oder was kann ich machen?

Downloade dir die composer.lock und lösche sie vom Server.

Gehe in die composer.json rein und schaue, warum Contao als Version "4.9.13" da drin steht.
Eine Neuinstallation ist es nicht, es ist eher ein Update.

Führe danach eine vollständige Paketaktualisierung durch, nachdem du die Contao-Version auf 4.13.* angehoben hast.

ich lösche jetzt mal die lock Datei, mal sehen ob sich dann was tut.

Ich habe es mehrfach überprüft, die Domain war auf den richtigen Ordner gerichtet.

Ich habe jetzt trotzdem noch mal bei Ionos die Domain zurück gesetzt und wieder auf den Ordner ausgerichtet.

Jetzt sagt mir der CM, dass ein Datenbankfehler vorliegt, die Überprüfung dreht allerdings ohne Ende, so dass ich das abbrechen muss.

Ich fange jetzt noch mal komplett von vorne an.

sorry, ich war zu ungeduldig und hab das nicht getestet, weil ich den Zielordner mehrfach im Ionos Kas überprüft habe. Habe jetzt einen neuen ordner angelegt und mache das gleiche Spielchen noch mal. Es war jetzt wieder so, dass die users.json mit vorbelegtem Username und PW angelegt wurde. Die habe ich nun gelöscht und jetzt bin ich immerhin soweit die DB Angaben einzugeben.

Ich habe immer noch den Verdacht, dass das an Ionos liegt, erstmal egal.

Jetzt war ich immerhin soweit, dass die umgezogene Seite auf 4.13.29 (Urspungsversion) korrekt läuft.

Nach Update-Versuch auf 4.13.39 dreht sich der CM allerdings nur noch im Kreis und ich komm nicht weiter. Verhext …

Wie komme ich aus dieser Schleife wieder raus?

Ich habe immer Probleme mit Hostern, Ionos gehört in den lezten 12 Monaten aber nicht dazu.
Ich hatte gefragt, ob du getestet hattest, ob du die Datei des Ordners aufrufen kannst, auf welche deine Domain zeigt.

Da du hier nicht geantwortet hast, können wir alle nicht davon ausgehen, dass es sich um eine Neuinstallation handelt.
Da du nun wieder auf 4.13.29 bist, gehe ich davon aus, dass du dich wieder auf einer alten Installation befindest.

Teste, ob deine Domain auch wirklich in den Ordner zeigt - Mit einer Testdatei.

Also entweder hat Ionos da mal wieder eine ganz tolle Neuerung eingeführt, die irgendwann mal verwendete Dateien auch aus anderen Ordnern automatisch wieder herstellt, oder deine document root zeigt wirklich woanders hin als du denkst. Der Contao-Manager erfindet ja die users.json mit eingetragenen Login-Daten und composer.lock-Einträge mit 4.9 nicht aus dem Nichts. Die document root muss man halt einfach verifizieren über eine Datei im web-Verzeichnis. Eventuell muss man vor dem Test zumindest die .htaccess im web-Verzeichnis umbenennen,damit da ganz sicher nichts umgeschrieben oder umgeleitet wird. Wenn die Textdatei - die auch einen eindeutigen Text enthalten sollte, der in keinem anderen Verzeichnis drinsteht - im Browser mit der URL "example.com/deinetextdatei.txt" angezeigt wird, dann ist dieser Punkt abgehakt. Wenn nicht, dann muss man schauen, wo das Problem liegt und dieses dann lösen, so dass die Textdatei angezeigt wird. Vorher braucht man gar nicht weitermachen.

Ich habe kürzlich für zwei verschiedene Kunden bei Ionos (heisst also völlig verschiedene Ionos-Pakete) Contao problemlos installiert. Wird also wahrscheinlich eher kein grundsätzliches Problem bei Ionos sein.
