Fehler bei Installation von dlh_googlemaps

Hallo.

Jetzt nutze ich den Composer schon seit geraumer Zeit ohne Probleme und wollte gerade dazu übergehen, das auch standardmäßig zu tun... bekomme ich doch erste Probleme.
Ich bekomme konkret die googlemaps Extension nicht installiert. Im schwarzen Bereich vom Composer Client steht folgendes:

Webspace ist bei Uberspace und ich hatte auf genau diesem Server noch nie Probleme diese Extension über den Paketmanager zu installieren...
Das einzige was etwas anders war.... Ich hatte ein paar Probleme mit der xNavigation Erweiterung vorher, die ich wieder entfernen musste.
Kann mir da wer helfen? Sind noch weitere Infos nötig?

Das hat dich leider nun gebissen.
Die aktuelle Version von composer.phar hat irgendwas geaendert was nun nicht mehr zu unserem Plugin passt.
Daher hast du den Contao Core nun "doppelt" da.

Ok.

Ehrlich gesagt habe ich nicht so viel dort verstanden. Ich hab dann einfach die Methode von Ainschy ausprobiert und damit scheints tatsächlich wieder ok zu sein. Ich hoffe das war kein Murks.
Solange alles läuft ist das Ding wirklich super, aber links und rechts vom "normalen" Weg wird es für einen reinen Frontendler schonmal sehr "technisch". Was ich mich immer frage... wieviel man vom "System Composer" als Frontendler verstehen sollte? (das aber nur nebenbei)

Inzwischen hatte ich das Problem bei einem anderen Projekt auch.
Woran sehe ich denn nach dem Update des Plugins exakt, das alles wieder ok ist? Installieren und Deinstallieren von Extensions klappt scheinbar...
Weil bei mir vor dem Eintrag contao/core wieder "project" in Weiß auf Schwarz steht. Irgendwo las ich, das dort eigentlich ein anderes Symbol sein müsste, oder?

Unter composer/vendor ist auf jeden Fall bei diesen Installationen wieder contao/core drin. Das ist bei anderen Installationen und bisher nicht so gewesen.

Geht def. nicht. Sehe gerade das eine Deinstallation nur scheinbar funktionierte. Sieht nur in der Paketverwaltung entfernt aus. Erweiterung ist noch da.
Muss ich irgendwie anders vorgehen?

Das Plugin-Bugfix hab ich ja drin. Aber scheinbar ist es nicht getan einfach nur das Plugin auf die 2.3.7 über den Composer zu bringen, richtig?

Ich probiere deine Methode gerade.
Scheinbar hats bei einem Projekt geklappt. Wobei eine eigentlich schon gelöschte Erweiterung in System/Modules noch zu finden war... die musste ich manuell rausschmeißen. Composer hatte die nicht drin.

Beim 2. Projekt hab ich das Problem...
Was mache ich ohne SSH Zugriff? Nach Schritt 1 und 2 einfach über Einstellungen/Composer aktualisieren im Backend?
