Es reicht, wenn du dieser Liste eine CSS-Klasse (Format-Formate) zuweist. Ich sehe aber gerade, dass das in der Online-Demo (Contao 4) nicht mehr geht. Normalerweise werden dort die Klassen aus der files/tinymce.css zum Einfügen angeboten.
Schau dir auch mal meine tinyCustom.php an http://public.andreasburg.de/tinyCustom.zip. Einbinden kannst du sie updatesicher über die system/config/dcaconfig.php mit:

Die files/tinymce.css solltest du dann updatesicher nach files/css/tinymce.css kopieren, weil meine tinyCustom diese dort sucht.
