Liebe Contao-Spezialisten!

Wir sind seit über einem Jahr sehr zufrieden mit unserer neuen Schulhomepage unter Contao. Derzeit in der aktuellen Version 3.5.31, immer mit dem Live-Update auf dem aktuellen Stand:

Als Theme benutzen wir Orphan von Premium Contao Themes.

Gehostet wird die Seite über die Stadt Dortmund, im Prinzip ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Server-Admin, der auch immer schnell auf Probleme reagiert.

Seit kurz vor Weihnachten haben wir leider Probleme mit verschiedenen Elementen unserer Seite:
Tabs werden zwar angezeigt, ihre Inhalte aber im ersten Tab gesammelt. Die anderen Tabs kann man nicht anwählen. Inhalte, die man über „*“ erweitern können sollte, sind dazu nicht zu bewegen. Z.B.

Auf der Startseite sind unterhalb der 9 aktuellen News 3 Color-Boxes. Aktuell ist nur eine zu sehen, die beiden links von ihr nur dann, wenn man mit der Maus darüber fährt.

Rechts neben den aktuellen News wird eine Liste mit aktuellen Terminen angezeigt. Sollte jedenfalls, nun steht da nur noch lapidar: „Aktuell sind keine Termine vorhanden“. Was nicht richtig ist.

Und schließlich gibt es Probleme mit Diashows in einer Lightbox. Z.B.

Hier ist im Theme eigentlich jQuery vorgesehen. Das funktionierte allerdings kurz vor Weihnachten nicht mehr, Fotos wurden immer in einem neuen Fenster angezeigt, man konnte nicht mehr blättern. Ich habe die Moo-Tools aktiviert, nun funktioniert zumindest das wieder. Ich hänge einen Screenshot der aktuellen Einstellungen zum Layout der Standardseite „Content-Page“ an.


Ich habe in das System-Log geschaut und finde zu meiner Überraschung eine ganze Reihe von Fehlermeldungen. Die ich allerdings nicht wirklich verstehe.

Ich hänge die aktuelle Log-Datei an und wäre ungemein dankbar, wenn mir jemand einen Tipp zur Problembewältigung geben könnte!

Hallo Alexander,

die beiden Fehler des Systemlogs sagen, dass es keine Verbindung zum Datenbankserver gab.

Überprüfen kannst du:
- ob PHP 7 aktiv ist. Dann kontrolliere das als Datenbank-Treiber mysqi aktiv ist (über das Installtool oder in der Datei „system/config/localconfig.php” ergänzen).

Im Seitenlayout oder den Seitenlayouts kontrolliere, wenn jQuery eingebunden ist. Stelle auf lokale Quelle um, dann sollten die Effekte wieder funktionieren. (Hintergrund: der jQuery-Server wurde vor kurzen gehackt und die hinterlegte IP ist nun anders.)

Da ein PCT-Theme verwendet wird, findest du dazu auch noch etwas beim Anbieter dazu:

besten Dank für die rasche und ergiebige Antwort!

Mittlerweile habe ich immerhin schon die bewegten Bilder im Griff: Die Diashow funktioniert wieder mit jQuery und auch der Slider oben. Den hatte ich ganz vergessen zu erwähnen.

Tabs und Terminanzeige wollen noch nicht, aber ich habe mal eine freundliche Anfrage an PCT gesendet.
