Nachdem ich die PHP-Datei «allow_url_fopen = On» (User-ini im web-ordner) hinzugefügt habe funktionierte die Installation:
.bash_profile anlegen
> Inhalt:
PATH=/usr/local/php70/bin:$PATH
export PATH
export PHPRC=/home/nutzer/etc/php72/php.ini
Beim erneuern des Caches erhielt ich dann folgende Fehlermeldung in der CM-Console:

Mit der Unterstützung von Hostpoint musste die «memory size» für diesen Prozess erhöht werden.
Auf dem Server wurde dann ein neues Verzeichnis mit PHP-Dateien angelegt, diese gelten dann für den ganzen Server:

Das Ganze wurde dann über das .bash_profile verbunden:

Was in den Dateien drin steht weiss ich nicht, wen es interessiert kann Hostpoint kontaktieren.
Auf jeden Fall funktioniert jetzt alles :-)
