    Standard Contao Manager installiert nicht aktuellste Minor-Version (installiert nur bis 4.4.7)

    Ich mache gerade ein Upgrade einer Contao 3.5.x-Version zu Contao 4.4.x. Nicht mein erstes. Aber diesmal gibt es ein sonderbares Problem:

    Der Manager installiert nur bis Contao 4.4.7, obwohl doch 4.4.39 aktuell ist! Sagt, es gebe keine weiteren Updates.

    Der Contao-Check sagt, dass alles in Ordnung ist. Der Server hat PHP 7.0.7, was doch eigentlich auch passen sollte, oder nicht?

    Wäre dankbar für Ideen, weil ich schon einiges ausprobiert habe und nicht weiterkomme. Danke :-)

    Trage bei "Contao Open Source CMS" die Versionsanfrage "^4.4.40" ein, markiere alle Pakete zum Update und führe die Aktualisierung durch.

    Danke für den schnellen Hinweis. Habe ich so gemacht und bekomme nun folgende Fehlermeldung vom Manager bzw. Composer:

    Code:
    $ /usr/bin/php '-q' '/srv/www/vhosts/staging.xyz.de/htdocs/web/contao-manager.phar.php' 'composer' 'require' 'contao/manager-bundle=^4.4.40' '--no-suggest' '--no-update' '--no-scripts' '--prefer-stable' '--sort-packages' '--no-ansi' '--no-interaction' 2>&1

    /srv/www/vhosts/staging.xyz.de/htdocs/composer.json has been updated

    Nein, nicht ganz .

    Du verwendest PHP 7.0.7. Damit kannst du Contao nicht betreiben.

    Du musst auf folgende PHP Versionen aktualisieren:

    • 5.6.x
    • >=7.0.8

    Natürlich solltest du auf gar keinen Fall auf PHP 5 downgraden. Auch PHP 7.1 solltest du nicht unbedingt verwenden.

    Am besten also zumindest auf PHP 7.2 aktualisieren.

    Alles klar, ich hatte es befürchtet ;-) Danke für dein schnelles Feedback. Dann werde ich sehen, wie ich den Server aktualisiert bekomme. Ist leider ein Kundenserver und kein prof. Hoster...

    Ich hatte übrigens nirgendwo die Servervoraussetzungen für Contao 4.4 gefunden, irgendwo im Forum hat jemand gesagt, "ab PHP 7 gehts" - was ja nicht stimm. Ab PHP 7.0.8... Das hätte meine Fehlersuche erleichtert.

    Dankeschön für deine schnelle Unterstützung!!

    Contao 4.4 benötigt mindestens PHP 5.6.

    Im Falle von PHP 7.0 wird tatsächlich mindestens PHP 7.0.8 benötigt aber nicht von Contao direkt, sondern von einer Abhängigkeit.

    Diese Ausgabe hat mich auch verwirrt. phpinfo() zeigt aber eine 7.0.7 an.

    Die 7.3 Version ist die des lokalen PHP CLI - oder des PHP CLI des Cloud Resolvers.

    Irgendwo wird m.E. die PHP-Version 7.3 durch eine Plattformdefinition überschrieben. Ich dachte das könnte durch eine Platform-Konfiguration in der composer.json der Fall sein.
    Ich meine ich hatte so eine ähnliche Meldung auch schon mal, aber dort durch überschreiben in der .htaccess.

    Der Contao Manager macht das, bevor er die composer.json in den Cloud Resolver schickt

    Aber ja, hätte auch sein können, dass das bereits in der root composer.json eingetragen war.

    Ah! Das macht Sinn. Danke.

    ...es wird die des Cloud Resolvers sein, denn die der CLI ist ebenfalls 7.0.7. Eben mit php -v gecheckt.
