Contao Installation mit gleichem Hosting-Paket klappt einmal und einmal nicht

Hallo zusammen,
ich versuche gerade Contao bei variomedia zu installieren. Das habe ich bereits mehrfach gemacht, hat bisher auch immer geklappt. Jetzt ist es so, dass eine Installation auf dem Webspace eines Kunden partout nicht klappen will. Ich habe eine Test-Installation auf dem Webspace eines anderen Kunden mit dem gleichen Hosting-Paket gemacht. Dort klappt es anstandslos.

Die Daten:

Hoster ist variomedia, das Paket Easy.B

Dort wo es klappt ist php 7.3 eingestellt, mySQL 8 und ich habe Contao 4.11 installiert. Innerhalb von fünf Minuten konnte ich mich im Backend anmelden.

Beim anderen Kunden funktioniert es mit den gleichen Einstellungen nicht. Ebenfalls variomedia, Easy.B. Testweise habe ich auch andere php-Versionen (7.3 und 8) eingestellt und sowohl versucht Contao 4.9 als auch 4.11 zu installieren. Klappt nicht:

Die Installation des Contao Managers funktioniert problemlos. Wenn ich dann Contao installieren will, wirft mir der Manager diesen Nachricht aus:

Laut Konsolenausgabe hast du ein Prozess-Limit der Hosting Umgebung erreicht.

War das mit oder ohne Cloud Resolver? Wenn es ohne Cloud Resolver war, versuche es zunächst mal mit Cloud Resolver.

Mit Cloud Resolver. Was mich wundert ist, dass ich testweise auf zwei identischen Paketen Contao problemlos installieren konnte. Auf einem schwächeren Paket habe ich 4.9 installiert. Ebenfalls ohne Probleme.

Mit dem Hoster habe ich schon gesprochen. Die haben das Limit temporär verdoppelt. Den Contao Manager konnte ich wie vorher auch ohne Probleme installieren. Aber bei der Contao Installation trat erneut der Fehler auf. Aber diesmal lief die Installation nach dem Klick auf Bestätigen & Schließen durch.

Identische Pakete heißt nicht unbedingt, dass die Umgebung identisch ist. Und selbst wenn die Umgebung identisch ist, könnte der Fehler trotzdem nur unter einer Umgebung auftreten. Der Fehler ist jedenfalls folgender:

Und das kann nur der Hoster beheben.

Tja, zu früh gefreut. Jetzt macht das Installtool Schwierigkeiten. Ich verstehe nicht, wo das Problem liegt. Kann es sein, dass das gleiche gebuchte Paket beim gleichen Hoster einmal wunderbar läuft und einmal totale Probleme macht?

Sorry. Ich habe jetzt noch einmal alles leer geräumt und neu installiert.

Der Contao Manager lässt sich installieren. Diesmal habe ich nur den Contao-Core installiert. Zunächst kam wieder die Fehlermeldung mit cannot fork. Bestätigen und schließen angeklickt, dann wird mir angezeigt, dass Contao 4.9.12 installiert ist. Jetzt habe ich versucht eine kleine Erweiterung zu installieren (contao-divider-bundle) und der Manager gibt diesen Fehler aus:

Ich habe die Tabellen bzgl. Newsletter etc. gelöscht (ich habe ja nur den Core installiert und die anderen Pakete brauche ich nicht wirklich). Es tehen jetzt noch diese Spalten zum Ändern/Anlegen im Installtool:
