ja, Verzeichnis ist komplett leer, ausser Ordner /web in dem sich die contao-manager.phar.php befindet.

Contao Manager nochmals aufrufen, scheint alles korrekt dazustellen

aktualisiere ich aber das installierte Paket, also Contao 4.12.3, kommt gleicher Fehler wieder.
Was noch auffällt, es fehlen doch einige Ordner » ich gehe davon aus, dass die Installation damit bisher nicht geklappt hat.

aber eigentlich möchte ich das nicht als workaround nutzen, ich möchte sogleich eine 4.12 installieren.
Geht auch in Richtung "wenn man nicht weiss, dass man von 4.9 auf 4.12 updaten muss, sondern als Neuling sogleich installieren möchte, dann frustet dies natürlich ungemein"

Scheint ein Bug zu sein. Leider wird mir da auch mit aktiviertem Debug-Mode in der Manager-Konsole nicht mehr angezeigt als im normalen Mode.

Der dort erwähnte Pull-Request scheint zwar etwas gefixt zu haben, aber nicht diesen Fehler, der besteht leider immer noch. Ist aber trotzdem irgendwie vom Server abhängig, bei Webgo hat es bei mir funktioniert, bei Hostingwerk und auf meinem eigenen Server dagegen nicht, da kommt der selbe Fehler wie deiner bei netcup. Wenn netcup nicht bereits auf MySQL 8 umgestellt hätte würde ich sagen, es klappt mit MySQL 8 aber nicht mit MariaDB. Aber so ...

Online, dort tritt ja der Fehler auf. Also du installierst Contao 4.12 ganz normal via Contao Manager und wenn das wieder den Fehler hervorgebracht hat verbindest du dich per SSH und führst im Installationsverzeichnis das obige Kommando aus (ggf. mit dem Pfad zur richtigen PHP Version vorangestellt).

ich bin zwar via SSH auf das Verzeichnis gekommen, aber den gewünschten Befehl kann ich trotzdem nicht ausführen - also ausführen schon, aber es kommt auch hier ein Fatal Error der mit der php-Version zu tun hat.

Obwohl ich eine php7.4.26 eingestellt habe. Und das in der Subdomain, in der Domain selbst und auch im Servicepaket von Netcup.

Und wenn ich da composer show contao/core-bundle eingebe, dann kennt die Konsole den Befehl composer nicht (composer: command not found). Also vermute ich, dass ich sowieso nicht das ausführe, was ich ausführen sollte

Habs vorhin schon gemacht. Ich denke bei netcup musst du die gewünschte Version von PHP-CLI in der Datei /conf/phpversion eintragen oder eben explizit das PHP 7.4 mit dem Pfad aufrufen, der auch im Manager bei der Systemprüfung angezeigt wird. Composer ist da bei mir auch nicht installiert, deswegen habe ich den Composer der im Contao-Manager enthalten ist benutzt.

/usr/bin/php7.4 web/contao-manager.phar.php composer

Edit: Bei netcup wäre das dann /usr/local/php74/bin/php ...

In meiner Systemprüfung steht doch ein anderer ...

Naja, ich habe es jetzt nicht bei netcup probiert - bzw schon, aber auf einem vServer - und habe das Kommando auch nicht im Debug-Modus ausgeführt. Außerdem scheint das bei dir ohne Fehler durchgelaufen zu sein?

Edit: Dein Pfad zum PHP-CLI ist ja strange. Ist das ein eher altes oder ganz neues Webhostingpaket. Vielleicht gibts da Unterschiede, keine Ahnung. Das ist jedenfalls der Pfad, den der Contao-Manager bei der Systemprüfung in meinem Webhosting 8000 anzeigt. Irgendwie scheinen sämtliche Webserver Unikate zu sein.

Edit2: Nee, das ist ja bei dir der Pfad für das PHP 7.4 im Webprozess, nicht für die Konsole. Klick mal bei der Systemprüfung auf den "Ändern" Button, da sollte der andere Pfad drinstehen.

Aber im Contao Manager verbleibt der Fehler. Das sehe ich, wenn ich die scheinbar vorhandene Installation aktualisiere (Pakete aktualisieren)

Das läuft bei dir offenbar auch im Debug-Modus, vielleicht läuft es da durch. Aber falls meine Angaben im Issue nicht die richtigen sind, dann werde ich es sicher schon bald erfahren .

Also den Debug-Mode hatte ich nicht eingeschalten - hätte ich auch nicht können, denn bis zur Möglichkeit ihn via CM einzuschalten komme ich da gar nicht

Also ich bin da schon hingekommen, mit ein paar Reloads ist der Manager dann schon hochgefahren. Aber hat bei mir irgendwie nichts bewirkt. Ich mache das morgen mal auch im netcup Webhosting. Interessiert mich, ob das da wirklich so total anders aussieht. Es ist ja schon auch serverabhängig, bei Webgo konnte ich 4.12 anstandslos installieren. Soweit jedenfalls meine Erinnerung, das checke ich auch nochmal. Andererseits dürfte den Entwicklern eh schnell klar sein wo es klemmt, so dass es das wohl gar nicht mehr brauchen wird.

Mittlerweile gibt es einen Pull-Request, der auch bereits in den aktuellen Entwicklungsstand von Contao 4.12 aufgenommen ("gemerged") wurde. Das heißt, der Fix ist dann in der nächsten Version 4.12.4 enthalten.

Das Problem tritt mit der heute veröffentlichten Version 4.12.4 nicht mehr auf. Getestet auf meinem Server und bei Hostingwerk (All In). Was mir bei Hostingwerk aufgefallen ist: Um die neue Version auch tatsächlich installiert zu bekommen musste ich

1. Die Datei contao-manager/task.json löschen
2. Im Menü Systemwartung bei "Composer-Abhängigkeiten rechts auf den Pfeil nach unten gehen und "Composer Update ausführen" anklicken.

Meine normale Vorgehensweise bei einem Bugfix-Update, einfach im Menü Pakete "Pakete aktualisieren" und dann unten "Änderungen anwenden" anzuklicken, hat zwar auf dem Server funktioniert, aber nicht bei der Hostingwerk-Installation. Eventuell hätte es auch gereicht, bei "Anderungen anwenden" noch "Alle Pakete aktualisieren" auszuwählen. Das habe ich aber nachträglich nicht mehr getestet.
Ob der Unterschied den unterschiedlichen Servern oder dem aktuellen Zustand der Installation geschuldet war, habe ich auch nicht weiter verfolgt.

Meine Installation lief nun online (netcup) auch fehlerfrei durch.

hab bei einer 4.13.10 Installation komischerweise das selbe problem sobald ich in den Debug wechsle ... dabei ist es auch egal mit welchem Benutzer ich angemeldet bin. :/

An exception occurred in the driver: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1698] Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost'

EDIT: Fehler ist wie durch Zauberhand wieder weg. Kann mir nicht erklären wie er zu Stande kam weder wie er behoben wurde
