Da dürfte der Hoster wohl eine PHP Änderung durchgeführt haben. Baue den Symfony Application Cache nochmal neu auf (oder einfach mal alle Paket aktualisieren lassen).

Es lag wohl an einer zu alten PHP-Version ... 8.0, nach Aktualisierung alles OK
