Neuinstallation Cantao - Composer läßt sich nicht installieren (gelöst)

Hallo zusammen,

ich bin "Newbie" und hatte am Wochenende versucht, Contao auf meinem Webspace zu installieren. Das hat soweit geklappt - nur läßt sich der Composer nicht installieren :-(

Hier in paar Details:
- Installierte Contao Version ist 5.3
- Contao ist auf meinem Hostingepaket bei dogado installiert (Pakekt Web S 3.0), Systemvoraussetzungen habe ich keine entdeckt, die nicht vom Hostingkpaket erfüllt werden
- Installation erfolgte über Contao Manager
- Gibt es Zugang zur Contao Installation mittels Konsole / SSH? Ja
- Welche Erweiterungen sind installiert? Keine - da der Composer nicht installiert wurde

Bei folgendem Task komme ich nicht weiter:

- composer create-project contao/managed-edition5.3 - läuft erfolgreich durch
- composer updare --no-installl - läuft erfolgreich durch
- composer install - wird nach 5 erfolglosen Versuchen abgebrochen.

Ich sehe nur beim "-dmemory_limit" einen Unterschied: Bei der Fehlermeldung in Contao steht dort: "-dmemory_limit=-1" - bei der Fehlermeldung im PHP Composer im Cloudpit steht dagegen -dmemory_limit=1536M


Ich hatte Contao auch einmal komplett gelöscht und nochmals eine frische Installation gemacht - er bleibt aber immer an der Stelle hängen, an der der Composer installiert werden soll :-(

Wäre super, wenn mir jemand einen Tipp hat.

Den Fehler siehst du in deiner Konsolenausgabe:

web/assets The path "web/assets" exists and is not a symlink./

Was bedeutet das denn und was muss ich tun?
Es existiert also der "echte" Pfad "web/assets" - aber es sollte eigentlich ein "symlink" sein?

Wie wandle ich das um? Hast Du mir da noch einen Tipp? Oder reicht es, einfach nur den Ordner "assets" zu löschen - das habe ich über Google als mögliche Lösung gefunden...

Kann ich das nachträglich noch auf einfachem Weg anpassen?
Ansonsten kann ich die Installation auch noch mal löschen und neu machen...

"public-dir": "web" änderst du auf "public-dir": "public", danach benennst du den web Unterordner in public um und danach änderst du den DocumentRoot in deinem Hosting von web auf public. Danach ggf. nochmal "Composer Abhängigkeiten installieren" ausführen in der Systemwartung im Contao Manager.

Ok, habe den Ordner /assets gelöscht - und schon läuft die Installation des Composer problemlos durch!
