UPLOAD file problem

Hello!

i have problem uploading any file through back end admin TYPOlight.
All rights to temp folders and file folders are set correctly..
The upload file size also set correctly
i cant upload file of any size - big or very small, ad any type - jpg, mp3..
from Ftp client i can upload anything i need - it's working fine.
When i try upload with Fie manager in back end nothing happens - no error
message - the page just reload without any upload or message.

The problem is not with PHP or hosting - i tried another php ulpoader - installed it
in typolight directory - and it works fine with any type and file size.

what can be the problem?

Rights are correct, no error message? Usually for me that means I have to disable safe mode.

UPD

the problem was in directories rights - it wasnt allowed to write for the web server
