Protected Download ?

I was just wondering if its possible to use a file id instead of a file url. (Download protection)

http://mywebsite.com/index.php?id=19&fi ... tation.pdf

to this:

http://mywebsite.com/index.php?id=19&fileid=1002

I looked into the "Settings" menu from the backend, but there is no option like this.
I know this is possible, because i in the user documentation: http://dev.typolight.org/wiki/EnglishContent#Download
you can see, there is a token used, instead of an full url.

if you want to protect download you have to:

- create a folder trough the file manager
- click on the padlock near the newly created folder

this way users can't access the folder through its url (e.g. /tl_files/yourfolder/yourfile) but they can still download the file if you give them access through "Download content element"
