Hi,
I creates a new user with rights for adding new pages. Everythings fine so far, but new pages can only be added IN existing pages, not before or after. Whats wrong??

does that account only for top-level (i.e. directly under your startpoint) or for all following pages/levels as well? The latter should be strange... Did you set the correct pagemount for the group?

Did you set up a root or a new directory page and then add all the currenet site pages as sub pages of that?

Look at the demo site and you'll see the top site structure has a blue sphere. copy this way of doing things and then you will be able to a user account other than administrator that can add and edit top level site structures.
