PostgreSQL support?

Just curious if there are future plans for TL to support other db platforms, such as PostgreSQL? Given the presence of "/system/drivers/DB_Postgresql.php", I can only assume that the idea has at least been entertained.

Leo will be able to give a more definitive answer on this, but I believe there are no plans in the works to support databases other than MySQL. I think it would be too much work for the return to make it compatible with additional database types.

The DBA layer supports other database systems in terms of CRUD, however, the table update script only supports MySQL. Therefore you would have to create the tables manually to use PostgreSQL.
