Where is the Module Creator?

Could someone point out where the Module Creator is in the Backend?
I have worked with it in the past, but today I wanted to create a new extension and I can't find the MC anywhere.

it's not part of the core anymore, you'll have have to install it from the extension repository (http://www.typolight.org/extension-l...000009.en.html). Only approved for TL 2.7.0, though...

This module is no longer in the core of Typolight from 2.7.0 version

You must download the module from the list of extensions
