adding new site to existing TL install

Not sure how easy or possible this is, but ...

I have an existing multi-site TL install that works just fine (2.7+). I want to take another site of the client (TL 2.6+) and move it into the 2.7 install ... of course, without screwing everything up!

Is this possible?

One thing I would love is the ability to import a new template without over writing an existing one .... the new template going into a new domain set up in TL ...

any help or advice would be appreciated.
