click the blue arrow (Move page ID) on the page you want to move, wait until the orange arrow appear (Paste into or Paste next to), then choose either one.

ok, and how to sort menu items in alphabetical range on frontend?

The navigation module was created to show the site structure as it is laid out. There is not an option to alphabetize it. This would probably require core code hacking.
