url_rewrite and multilevel navigation

Hi! I totally devastated in typolight's navigation.
for example I have a site which have a 3 levels menu:
something like this:
1 level: home, country, contact us...
2 level: page country have subpages:
USA, France, Norway .. etc

I need url like this:
http://my_site.com/country/france.html
is it possible?

I mean - the parent page should stay in url.

because now I always get this
http://my_site.com/france.html

could someone help me, please ?

Andreas has writen an extension called FolderURL, which does just this I believe.
