    Default Lightbox in Chrome

    Hello,

    I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this. When I place a lightbox image like so in the TinyMCE editor:

    {{image::tl_files/images/my_image.jpeg?width=100&alt=My description&rel=lightbox}}

    Then in Chrome the thumbnail will display, but the large image with the lightbox thingy doesn't work, i.e. the screen goes black with a white rectangle where the image is supposed to be, but there's no large image.
    It does work in all other browsers (Opera, FF, IE7 & 8 and Safari)

    You can verify using the TL demo. If the problem occurs here as well you can report a "bug". Otherwise you need to look closer at your own code.

    I tried this on a new installation, but I forgot I already replaced mootools with jQuery ops:

    It doesn't work in Chrome on the online demo either, so it must be a bug.

    Cothedo - Have you conducted any research to see if the issue is with Slimbox / Chrome or TYPOlight / Slimbox / Chrome? If TYPOlight is a factor, then you should submit a ticket. This is actually a moot point though, since Leo is implementing mediabox in TL 2.8.

    Hi Ben,

    Unfortunately, I didn't have much knowledge regarding mootools, slimbox, lightbox or jQuery. I had submitted a ticket, thinking it was TL, but it was considered invalid, with this link: http://groups.google.com/group/slimb...609fb16e879f5d.
    So, it's a Chrome thing. I switched to jQuery/Slimbox2 and that works like a charm.

    PS: The lesson I learned was to do some more research before submitting tickets... ops:
