When you set new article you have you check the "Printable" option. If you have add this option to existings articles in your system go to setting of each article and turn on this option.

    1. create "Newsreader" module
    2. create article with check the "Printable" option in the article setting
    3. put "Newsreader" module as a CE (content element = element of article)
    that's all

As usual, via CSS (<div> container "pdf_link")

    Thanks.

Do you know what the php tag is for the "Print article as PDF" link is?

I would like to create a module with buttons and place it in a specific location on my pages.

At the moment, by default, the "Print article as PDF" link appears at the top of my pages, above my headers.

All the syndication links (Print, PDF, Facebook, Twitter) are generated in the front end template "mod_article.tpl". If you don't want this syndication block on top of the article you can move the according code lines after the content elements, so they links appear on bottom of the article.

But, instead of modifying the mentioned front end template you can always use more then one article per page.

Thanks so much for taking the time to reply.

What exactly do you mean with using more than one article per page?

And, so you mean this is not possible?:

You are not restricted to only one article per page. On the contrary, you can even include as many as you want. Therefore, you can activate/deactivate the syndication options for each article individually.

For sure, it's possible, but you would have to add the article ID manually:
(replace ID with the according article ID)
