can not delete templates

Hey guys,

it is the first time i work with typolight and i thought i'd just mess around and see what i get. i added three new templates. i realized i get nothing from that. so i watched a video tutorial about custom templates.
since i had these three templates and the guy from the video didn't create any, i wanted to delete them. but that doesn't work.

so i deleted the files from the template folder where i installed typolight. i got some error messages from that and inserted the files again ..

so my question is: why can't i delete the templates from the backend and how can i do it?

If you're having trouble it's probably a permissions issue. TL requires Apache to own the files (instead of your individual account) so make sure you're either using the Safe Mode Hack or have the directory set to 777.
