Hi, I noticed if - while running the install.php script - install the example template it populates the tables of the database and does not leave option to create an admin myself. Hence one would need to know the username and password of this template in order to login to its backend.
Thanks so much.
In the meantime I solved it:
1. go to phpMyAdmin
2. lookup table users
3. drop first user (admin)
4. run install.php
5. now the option of creating a new admin will be available (with the example template still loaded in the database)
