FTP details

Do not laugh at me and maybe I am blind but I can't find ftp details in BE in 2.8.0. Where is it? In my localconfig.php file ftp settings still exist. I saw that ftp labels in lang files was move to tl_install.php file. But after login to my install.php there still no ftp settings. Of course I can modify this manualy in localconfig.php file but where is it in BE? :?

I was laughing until I checked Settings and the install script. You're right - it is missing. Leo, is this a feature or a bug?

If you need the Safe Mode Hack, the install tool will ask you to enter the FTP details.

Because he realised that some providers actually run the webserver using the FTP user so that its permissions would be the same. In these cases, the FTP permissions are actually not required at all. I recently used this on a website, and it works flawlessly without any problems with permissions like in other situations.
