Hi there,

Does anyone know how this extension works?

We are a tennisclub. We offer lessons to our members. So if you want to enter lessons, you must be a member.

Now we have a request form for tennislessons. I want a checkbox or so, indicating if you're an existing member. If not, additional fields should appear where someone enters his membership details.

The conditionalforms extension seams to do exactly this, but I cannot find how to implement this.

Any help (or a wiki entry) is highly appreciated.
