    Hi
    i've founded a mismatch in guide (http://contifex.com/wiki/extensions/helpdesk), if i use HelpdeskImport.php to import email it doesn't work, otherwise with HelpdeskImportExec.php it works well.

    i've some proposals too (i hope it will be appreciated):
    - i receive no mail when ticket is closed (it is useful to know when a problem is solved)
    - i receive email when i reply to thread (not always useful and sometimes annoying)
    - it will be usefaul to have status (work in progress, active, not solved, etc.) or automatic tag in thread object ("[SOLVED] problem with blabblabla")

    HelpdeskImport.php is designed to be run automatically by the cron extension. It can not be run directly by calling the url therefore.

    Directly runnung the import without cron extension is exactly the purpose of HeplgeskImportExec.php - and so is also the description in the manual.
    Extensions: avatar, cron, dlstats, editarea, geshi, helpdesk, recall, rep_*, smhcheck.

    sorry, i wasn't clear in my post.

    HelpdeskImport.php in cron doesn't work, otherwise HelpdeskImportExec.php does.
    i didn't use HelpdeskImportExec.php directly.
