    Default Multiple Custom Layouts

I have more then one customs layouts defined in my Backend- Settings > Global configuration. say A, B.

How can I put layout A in the end of Header and layout B in top of Footer ? Please see image one.jpg

In my Backend-> Page layout, Though I can choose many custom Layouts, I can only place it in one position !

Only way at the moment I can think of is to edit the fe_*.tpl template file and put my layout/module there.
    Any suggestions.
