Upload file error: The maximum size for file uploads is...

Hi all. (sorry for my bad english...)

So, I have a problem in uploading file which size is greater than 2 Mb.
TL version is 2.8.2.

In attached images I sets up Maximum uploading file size value to 50 Mb.



And, when I'm trying to upload a file with size 2 Mb (2 097 515 bytes) it gives me an error "The maximum size for file uploads is 50.0 MB!"



Does anyone know about this problem?
