Picture from Gallery vote with quickqoll?

Hello guys,

How can I realise this:


I want to vote an picture and have a summery in the backend about every voted picture. At end time of the competition I want show the picture with the most votings in an article on an special site.

You can either do this in the template by using a custom template, or by simply using a css background for each unique item and some clever padding yo move the option out of the way.

you can also use inserttags, I believe, and there is an inserttag for images...
