No right click context menu in TinyMCE

Hello,

I have two questions:

1)
I have just installed TYPOlight 2.8.3 and found out I cannot edit items by using right click on mouse in tinyMCE. Normally in previous versions it was working ok. What could be the reason? I have tested in several browsers and instead it shows normal context menu from FF/IE.

2) Is it any tutorial/documentation how to create custom menu? I need to add
<ul id="sidebarmenu1"> and I cannot do this

Well I found out the problem. It has been disabled:

Do some know how to enable it? I don't see module named "Tinymce"
