Login module logging me out as soon as i log in (solved)

i have used all of the default modules from the test account to set up a login and members area but as soon as i log in i get logged out straight away, i can see this happening in the system log.

does anyone know why this might be happening?

Do not use user-logout module in the header of your website

Is there a time difference between your machine and your server? If your machine is an hour different you could be auto logged out when using the default settings.

I've also had a problem with something similar... You can also DISABLE IP CHECK in the settings, because some servers generate random IP addresses on internal networks sometime, and that confuses TL.
